This private day trip from Zagreb takes you across the border to Slovenia’s two most iconic places: the capital city of Ljubljana and the fairy-tale Lake Bled. Instead of juggling trains or buses, you travel comfortably with your own driver, with full control over your schedule.

You’ll usually start in Ljubljana, where you have time to walk the old town, cross the Dragon and Triple bridges, enjoy a coffee by the river and, if you wish, take the funicular up to Ljubljana Castle. Your driver brings you close to the center and waits while you explore on your own.

From there you continue to Lake Bled – famous for its island church, medieval castle on the cliff and classic cream cake. You can walk around part of the lake, take a traditional “pletna” boat to the island, visit Bled Castle for panoramic views, or simply relax by the water. After free time at Bled, you meet your driver again and return to Zagreb in the evening.
